• Items that infringe on intellectual property rights.
• Firearms, weapons, or controlled substances.
• Any item prohibited by applicable law or our policies.

5. Fees & Payments

IslandHub may charge fees for certain services. All applicable fees will be disclosed before you incur them. Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment providers. We are not responsible for errors or disputes arising from payment processors.

6. Returns & Disputes

Buyers and sellers are encouraged to resolve disputes amicably. IslandHub may, at its sole discretion, assist in mediating disputes but is under no obligation to do so. Our support team is available at [email protected].

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the IslandHub platform — including logos, design, text, and software — is the property of IslandHub or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IslandHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or goodwill.
